Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient care
• Round daily and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership
• Document efficiently using our EMR with dictation support
• Help improve quality of life for geriatric patients

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• DEA Certification
• 1+ year of experience preferred
• Background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care is a plus
• Compassionate clinicians who thrive in a collaborative environment
