POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine to join our growing primary care practice. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and health history evaluations
• Diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans within the scope of practice
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients
• Manage chronic diseases including hypertension, diabetes, and other common conditions
• Perform routine physical examinations and health screenings
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with medical literature and best practices in primary care

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Current Master's degree (MSN, MSPA) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification (FNP-C) or Family Medicine certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Current, unrestricted Ohio nursing license
• Current Nurse Practitioner license or certification in Ohio
• Valid DEA number and prescribing privileges in Ohio
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner (preferred)
• Strong clinical knowledge of primary care and family medicine
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
