Nurse Practitioner — Urgent Care

We're looking for a Texas-licensed Nurse Practitioner who wants a team that has their back and the autonomy to practice at the top of their license. If you're tired of the hospital grind and want to do the work you trained for — walk-in patients, same-day treatment, real relationships — this is it.

What you'll do

• Provide same-day care for walk-in patients across all ages: minor injuries, acute illness, infections, suturing, splinting, and more
• Order and interpret X-rays, labs, and point-of-care testing
• Perform physicals, occupational health exams, DOT certifications, and school and sports physicals
• Prescribe and manage treatment plans, with physician collaboration as needed
• Educate patients so they leave understanding their plan — not guessing

What we're looking for

• Active Texas NP license and national board certification (FNP preferred)
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification
• 1+ year of urgent care, ER, or family practice experience preferred — new grads with strong clinical rotations welcome to apply
• Comfortable seeing pediatric and adolescent patients for school, camp, and sports clearance
• Someone who stays calm when the waiting room fills up and communicates clearly under pressure
