We are The Caring Clinics, a network of substance abuse clinics that serve opiate-dependent individuals with 6 locations in the Baltimore City and County areas.

A Nurse Practitioner is needed for the evaluation and management of opioid-dependent individuals. Experience in addiction medicine is NOT a requirement. Nurse Practitioners do not need to provide primary care.

Job Duties

• Evaluation and management of opioid-dependent individuals.
• Work in conjunction with other staff to provide great care for our patients!
• Develop wellness & prevention initiatives.
• Assist in developing goals for individuals with, or at risk for, co-occurring chronic diseases.
• Collaborate with outside community resources to address identified social and medical issues.
• Track required assessments, screenings, and immunizations.
• Monitor HIT tools and reports for treatment, medication alerts, and hospital admissions/discharges.
