This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing aged care organisation that has expansion plans underway! With a strong focus on resident wellbeing, clinical excellence and a supportive team culture, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or a motivated new graduate Nurse Practitioner seeking the right mentorship and support.

• $148 -155K + Super + Salary Packaging
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Reporting to the CEO and Supporting the Clinical care team
• 2 GP's to mentor and support you, along with an on site physiotherapist
• The home is currently in the middle of a significant building project, which mean you'll have the opportunity to join at an exciting stage and help shape the future of care delivery.

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA.
• A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and care management skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with GPs, nursing staff and allied health professionals.
• A genuine interest in supporting residents, families and the wider care team.
• Residential aged care experience is highly desirable. However, the organisation is open to considering the right candidate, including a newly graduated Nurse Practitioner who is keen to develop their skills with appropriate mentoring and clinical support.
