Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care for in-center Hemodialysis and Peritoneal dialysis patients, as well as hospital rounding and a possibility of clinic coverage.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Nurse Practitioner who is interested in a long-term role with mentorship and a defined career path toward becoming a specialist Nurse Practitioner in nephrology.

Responsibilities:

• Rounding at Dialysis units
• Rounding in Hospitals
• Assessing, Diagnosing, Treatment, Education and Care coordination
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent flexibility
• Strong leadership qualities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year
