NURSE PRACTITIONER (Covington, IN)

Join Our Team as an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner in a part-time role within the Greencastle/Covington, IN areas.

• Provide patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Utilize evidence-based guidelines to deliver high-quality care.

• Create weekly rounding schedules for assigned facilities and maintain accurate medical records.

• Work in a day shift, in-person environment with flexible hours (8-40 hours/week).
