Position: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Greencastle/Covington, IN areas
Type: Part-time
Pay: $50/hour

Requirements:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Preferred 2 years in Skilled Nursing facilities

- Willingness to travel within a 12-20 mile radius
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on treatment plans with patients and teams
- Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
- Develop weekly rounding schedules
- Maintain accurate medical records
Work Environment: Day shift, in-person, flexible hours (8-40 hours/week based on employment status).
