Education And CredentialsCompletion of masters, post-masters or doctorate NP program accredited by CCNE or ACEN required. Current active RN and NP license in NYS required. National NP certification required for
• Internal hire: Required upon transfer into new position
• External hire: Required at the time of application. Current BLS, ACLS required. DEA or DEA eligible required. AND Agreement from appropriate physician to enter into a collaborative agreement required. ExperienceAt least 2 years of clinical nursing experience required. 1 yr. experience as NP OR
