Position Summary:
We are seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join our growing primary care clinic. In this autonomous role, you will manage a diverse patient panel, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the long-term management of chronic conditions. We are looking for a collaborative provider who is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and other therapies.
Educate patients and families on managing acute and chronic health conditions.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted NP license in the state of Texas.

Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
DEA registration or eligibility for prescriptive authority.
Proficiency with EHR systems, preferably EPIC.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills.

Work Hours:

• Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Start Date: October/ November 2026
