Duties

• Perform injectable procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and skin evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop customized treatment strategies aligned with patient goals and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of procedures, patient records, and treatment outcomes in EMR.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and realistic expectations to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols to protect patient confidentiality and health.
• Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new techniques such as laser treatments and advanced injection methods.

Skills

• Proven experience with injection administration techniques including botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to cosmetic injections and skin care.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate documentation.
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Excellent client communication skills to educate patients effectively about procedures and aftercare.
• Critical care experience or hospital background preferred for managing acute reactions or complications.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals across disciplines for optimal patient outcomes.
