• Leading patients through the Rebis care journey

• Applying a functional, root-cause approach to care
• Guiding patients into treatment pathways

Qualifications Required

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Preferred

• Background or experience in functional medicine, integrative health, or root-cause care
• Experience with systems-based approaches to chronic conditions
