Position: Nurse Practitioners and Physicians: Payer-Sponsored In-Home Assessments

Role Responsibilities

• Describe your process for conducting health assessments in patient homes.
• Discuss clinical and administrative challenges in field-based patient encounters.
• Explain how payer-sponsored requirements affect your clinical workflow.
• Discuss the technology and medical equipment you use during in-home visits.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician.
• Active or recent experience conducting payer-sponsored in-home health assessments.
• Comfortable discussing detailed clinical workflows and administrative routines.
• Available to join a remote video call from a quiet, professional environment.
