Nurse Practitioner – Part Time- Georgetown, SC

We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute care facilities in Georgetown, SC.

• Schedule: 3 days/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or on-call.

• Responsibilities include evaluating new admissions, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive care, collaborating with care teams, and maintaining clinical documentation.

• Qualifications: Active SC NP license, board certification, clinical judgment skills, and experience in post-acute or geriatric care preferred.
