Nurse Practitioner — Per Diem

Duties

• • Conduct initial patient evaluations.
• • Complete follow-up visits to assess progress.

• • Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

• Requirements
• • Current licensure and certification appropriate to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Kentucky.
• • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• • A dependable, professional, patient-centered approach.
• Proficiency in EMR and telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients on health coaching and treatment options.
• Ability to work independently in a per diem capacity while maintaining high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Reset Physical Therapy is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct initial evaluations, follow-up visits, and final patient visits.

Applicants may choose *Lexington, Louisville, or both locations*. Practitioners covering both locations can take on the combined workload of both sites.

Compensation is *$75 for each patient visit performed*.

When scheduling and appropriate clinical care permit, practitioners may see *2–4 patients in an hour*:

• *2 patient visits:* $150

• *3 patient visits:* $225

• *4 patient visits:* $300

*Visit-based earnings = $75 × the number of patient visits performed.*

These are potential earnings examples, not a guaranteed hourly wage or patient-volume commitment. Visit complexity, appointment availability, and all time spent on care and documentation affect actual hourly earnings.

Pay: $75.00 - $300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
