Summary:

Ally Endocrinology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The NP/PA will provide comprehensive primary and specialty healthcare services to patients of all ages. The NP/PA will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers to provide high-quality, cost-effective care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic diseases
• Provide specialty care services, such as women's health, pediatrics, geriatrics, and mental health
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications
• Educate patients about their health and treatment options
• Counsel patients on lifestyle changes to improve their health
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain professional licensure and certification

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or physician assistant (PA)
• Current licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in the state of practice
• Three (3) or more years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical skills and judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
