Valley Arthritis Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our established rheumatology practice.

We are an independent, physician-owned private practice with a long-standing presence in the Phoenix area. We are not a large hospital system or corporate medical group, which means less bureaucracy, more direct communication, and a work environment where providers have a real voice.

The Position

The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with our rheumatologists and clinical team to evaluate, treat, and manage patients with a wide range of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions.

Responsibilities may include:

• Evaluating new and established rheumatology patients
• Developing and managing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Managing chronic rheumatologic and autoimmune diseases
• Reviewing laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Medication management and monitoring
• Patient education and follow-up care
• Coordinating care with our infusion and clinical teams
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Building strong, long-term relationships with patients

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Arizona
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current national board certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Rheumatology experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate

We are open to experienced Nurse Practitioners from other specialties who have a genuine interest in rheumatology and are eager to learn.
