Who We Are

Justin Primary and Pediatric Care (JPPC) is a growing, physician-owned family medicine and pediatric practice serving Justin and the surrounding DFW communities. We care for patients of every age — newborns through seniors — and offer a cash-pay wellness line (weight management, IV therapy, and aesthetics) alongside our core primary care services.

As an early-stage practice, we’re building deliberately: strong clinical standards, a supportive team, and real room for the right clinician to help shape how we grow.

The Role

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to be the lead clinician in our clinic, managing the full scope of primary and pediatric care day to day. You’ll practice under a collaborative/delegated arrangement with our delegating physician, consistent with Texas Board of Nursing and Texas Medical Board requirements (including a Prescriptive Authority Agreement).

This is an ideal fit for an FNP who is comfortable running a busy schedule, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and wants a genuine voice in a practice that’s still taking shape.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care across all ages — well-child and pediatric visits, acute care, and chronic disease management
• Perform physicals, preventive and wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and diagnostics
• Prescribe and manage medications under your Prescriptive Authority Agreement
• Document accurately and close charts promptly in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Work alongside our medical assistants and front-office team to keep the day running smoothly
• Support wellness and care-management services as those programs come online

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unencumbered Texas APRN license with FNP certification (AANP or ANCC) — FNP required given our all-ages, pediatric-inclusive panel
• Current or eligible Texas prescriptive authority and DEA registration
• BLS required; PALS/ACLS a plus
• Comfort with an EHR (eCW experience a plus, not required)
• Competent in performing IV therapy and minor in-office procedures
• Strong independent clinical judgment paired with good team communication
• 1+ years of primary care experience preferred — this role runs the clinic day to day

Schedule

Clinic hours run extended, Monday–Saturday. Specific shifts are negotiable, and we’re open to flexible scheduling for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

• $85–$90 per hour, depending on experience
• Malpractice coverage, PTO, and CME allowance provided
• Potential for health benefits in the future, depending on clinic performance
