Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Role Overview

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at VIP Pain Services (a division of Symphony Spine, Pain, and Neuro Alliance), the NP or PA works within a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized patient care for acute, sub-acute, and chronic pain conditions.

The practice seeks compassionate professionals in Daytona Beach, FL to support patient outcomes through personalized treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluations: Conduct new and follow-up patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams.
• Treatment Planning: Design individualized multimodal pain management plans based on diagnostics and clinical findings.
• Medication & Procedures: Prescribe medications and perform relevant clinical pain-management procedures.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with interventional pain physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Documentation: Maintain timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensure: Valid Florida NP or PA license.
• Experience: Background in pain management, neurology, spine care, or acute/post-acute care.
• Certifications: Specialty certifications preferred.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
