Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

About the role:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
• Document patient care accurately in medical records
• Provide care per accepted standards and collaborate with team members
• Monitor and manage patient progress, referring to specialists when needed

Qualifications:

• Current state NP/PA license and national certification
• DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Basic Life Support certification
