Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an interventional pain management clinic with four locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center.

The role is full-time, with a salary range of $125,000-$150,000, and requires relocation to Sutherlin, OR before start. Work is in person, with a focus on outpatient services.
