Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Overview

The NP/PA will provide aesthetic consultations and treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, clinical care, and customer service. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about medical aesthetics and helping patients achieve natural-looking results.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aesthetic provider or a qualified NP/PA who is interested in building a career in aesthetics and is willing to participate in ongoing training.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient consultations and aesthetic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals, anatomy, and clinical needs.
• Botox and other neuromodulators
• Dermal fillers
• Other approved injectable and laser treatments offered by the practice
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected results, risks, benefits, and appropriate aftercare.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records and treatment documentation.
• Perform appropriate pre- and post-treatment assessments.
• Recognize and appropriately manage potential complications and adverse reactions.
• Follow all practice protocols, safety standards, and applicable Florida laws and regulations.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming patient experience.
• Participate in ongoing training for new products, techniques, and aesthetic technologies.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other providers when appropriate.
• Follow infection-control, medication-management, and patient-safety protocols.
• Maintain current licensure, certifications, and required credentials.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Current national certification appropriate to the profession.
• Experience in medical aesthetics is preferred.
• Strong interest in cosmetic medicine and continued professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable educating patients and discussing treatment options.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with patients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.

Training & Development

Arviv Medical Aesthetics is committed to developing our providers. Training may be provided for qualified candidates based on experience and clinical background.

Ongoing education may include training in:

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 28.0 per week
