Schreiber Care Clinic provides comprehensive onsite healthcare services to Schreiber Foods partners and their eligible dependents. Our integrated care model includes medical, physical therapy, and mental health services, allowing providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving patient outcomes, values relationship-based care, and is comfortable managing a variety of acute and chronic health conditions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.
• Perform office procedures and administer treatments, including injections and other clinical interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, mental health providers, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans.
• Respond to urgent and emergent healthcare situations as needed.
• Support workplace wellness initiatives and promote overall employee health.

Qualifications Required

• Current, unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, Occupational Health, Urgent Care, or a related setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred

• Experience managing acute and chronic conditions across all age groups.
• Occupational health or employer-sponsored clinic experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
