Nurse Practitioner/Physicians Assistant

Duties

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and other treatments
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and disease management strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of [location]
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of [number] years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting
• Experience in emergency room (ER) or hospital setting preferred
• Proficiency in specimen collection processing and interpretation of results
• Familiarity with neonatal ventilator management
• Ability to administer injections and perform minor procedures
• Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Experience in family planning, including contraception counseling and management
• Knowledge of Botox administration is a plus
