• Provide clinical support and guidance to team members
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and care delivery

• Monitor staff performance and assist with training or coaching as needed
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Florida
• At least 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Leadership or charge nurse experience is a plus
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies with professionalism
