Nurse Supervisor

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership in outpatient rehabilitation settings. Responsibilities Include

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatments, and services during assigned shifts or units.
• Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and managing disciplinary actions.
• Assuming patient care responsibilities when needed and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrating patient progress and advocating for quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications obtained within specified timeframes.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or team lead, responsible for staff oversight and accountability.
