Nurse Supervisor

About the role

The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing staff and coordinating nursing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The position provides leadership and support to nursing teams while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations and staff assignments
• Monitor the delivery of safe and quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
• Monitor staffing, attendance, and nursing performance
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Address patient care concerns and nursing-related issues
• Assist in staff training, orientation, and performance development
• Monitor nursing documentation and reports

About you

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
• At least 3 years of hospital nursing experience
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Patient-centered and professional
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
