Nurse Supervisor (RN) – 2nd Shift

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for 2nd shift to oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure quality services.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assessing residents, planning care, communicating with healthcare providers, documenting progress, and assisting with staff evaluations and orientation.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN license

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work 24-40 hours/week, including every other weekend and holidays

Physical requirements involve standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs., and following infection control protocols. Benefits are available based on employment status. Sign-on bonuses of $1,000 at 3, 6, and 12 months are offered.
