About the Role

As a Nurse Tele‑Claims Interviewer, you will:

• Support people at the start of their income protection claim, helping them feel heard, understood and guided during what can be a very challenging time.
• Use your clinical judgement and assessment skills to explore medical history, lifestyle factors and work environments with sensitivity and confidence.
• Create a positive, reassuring experience through skilled conversation and genuine empathy, while gathering accurate information for decision‑making.
• Work from home, supported by a friendly specialist team and comprehensive training that equips you with everything you need to transition into the insurance sector.

This is a role where your nursing expertise makes a real difference without the physical demands of traditional clinical settings.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• An NMC‑registered nurse with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• A strong communicator, able to build rapport quickly and assess effectively over the phone.
• Adaptable and responsive, tailoring your approach to each individual’s needs.
• Comfortable using everyday IT systems (email, typing, online platforms).
• Able to work from home using your own Windows 11 laptop and a reliable, preferably wired, internet connection.
• Experienced in telephone‑based nursing or occupational health (helpful but not essential as full training will be provided).

What We Offer

• £16.40 - £19.67 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Full training and ongoing support
• Home‑based, with occasional onsite training at our Daresbury WA7 office.
