About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in a nurse-led consultation role, supporting patients through structured telehealth consults, education, and ongoing care.

This is not a traditional nursing role, it’s an opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-impact setting, helping shape the future of care delivery in New Zealand.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Supporting patient access and flow
• Delivering education and follow-up care
• Acting as a vital link between patients and doctors

You will work within clear clinical protocols, with Medical Officer oversight for all prescribing and diagnosis.

What You’ll Be Doing

Patient Care & Consultations

·       Deliver structured telehealth consultations (follow-ups, check-ins, education sessions)

·       Support patients to understand and adhere to treatment plans

·       Monitor patient progress and outcomes

Triage & Clinical Support

·       Identify clinical concerns or red flags

·       Escalate appropriately to doctors for review

·       Ensure safe, compliant care at all times

Care Coordination

·       Guide patients through their treatment journey

·       Support bookings, follow-ups, and next steps

·       Act as a key point of contact between patient and clinician

Education & Communication

·       Provide clear, practical education on medicinal cannabis

·       Help patients feel confident and informed in their care

·       Deliver compassionate, patient-centred support

Documentation & Admin

·       Maintain accurate clinical notes and records

·       Assist with clinical documentation and patient correspondence

What We’re Looking For

Essential

·       Registered Nurse (NZ Nursing Council)

·       Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

·       Strong communication and patient engagement skills

·       Confident working in a telehealth environment

Highly Valued

·       Experience in telehealth, follow-up care, or high-volume clinics

·       Interest in medicinal cannabis or emerging healthcare models

·       Strong organisational and time management skills

·       Ability to work within structured protocols and defined scope
