Nurse Trainee

As a Nurse Trainee at Manipal Hospitals, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and medical staff. Your primary role will include assisting in patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting daily living activities for patients. You will also be involved in maintaining patient records, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and participating in health education initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:  

• Assist registered nurses in providing patient care.
• Conduct routine assessments, including monitoring vital signs.
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage IV lines.
• Support patients with hygiene and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Participate in patient education and health promotion activities.
• Follow all hospital protocols and safety guidelines.
