Job Type: Part-Time / Full Time
Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical education and competency training for nurses and medical coders.
• Train teams on anatomy, physiology, clinical judgment, and patient care.
• Provide guidance on care planning, medical necessity, OASIS, and clinical documentation.
• Deliver training on Home Health/Hospice guidelines and Medicare requirements.
• Conduct case discussions and evaluate clinical knowledge and competency.
• Support improvements in coding accuracy and documentation quality.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong academic nursing background.
• Current or former Professor, Associate Professor, or Senior Faculty at a nursing institute.
• Strong teaching skills and clinical judgment expertise.
• Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare requirements, and clinical documentation.
• Availability to visit our office twice a month for training sessions.
