Nursery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage and support nursery staff through coaching, supervision, and professional development
• Develop and implement engaging early childhood education programs aligned with best practices
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and childcare regulations and standards
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and community partners to promote trust and collaboration
• Oversee enrollment processes, maintain accurate records, and handle administrative duties
• Promote a welcoming environment that encourages curiosity, learning, and social-emotional growth among children

Requirements

• Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Extensive experience working with children in childcare or preschool environments
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and childcare regulations
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with staff, parents, and stakeholders
• Valid driving license to facilitate transportation needs if required by the nursery’s operations
• Demonstrated commitment to child safety, well-being, and inclusive practices

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
