Nursery Manager Wanted
We are looking for an organized and caring Nursery Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a teaching diploma
- Valid UAE residence visa
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise children, teachers, and assistants, with children’s safety and wellbeing as the top priority
- Monitor classroom activities and the educational program
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily duties
- Communicate with parents and handle their questions and concerns
- Oversee admissions, children’s records, cleanliness, and health and safety procedures
- Provide daily updates to management and report any incidents promptly
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Days off: Two days per week
