We are seeking a Nursery Manager to lead our team at Kites Nursery in the United Kingdom. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting the development of our young learners. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursery operations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead, motivate, and manage nursery staff to deliver exceptional childcare.
• Develop and implement educational programs aligned with early childhood best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians.
• Ensure health and safety policies are rigorously followed.
• Support staff professional development and training.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff.
• Qualifications
• Level 3 in Childcare as a minimum
• Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working directly with children and understanding their developmental needs.
• Valid driving license is preferred for operational flexibility.
• Knowledge of childcare regulations and health & safety standards.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
