  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and nursery health and safety standards.

4. Parent Relations & Customer Experience

  • Build positive and professional relationships with parents.
  • Address parent concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring appropriate investigation, follow-up, and resolution.
  • Ensure timely parent communication and follow-up on children's absences and other concerns.
  • Conduct nursery tours and support prospective families throughout the admissions process.
  • Monitor parent feedback, satisfaction levels, and online reviews.

5. Administration & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date student and staff records, attendance, and documentation.
  • Oversee the effective use of nursery management platforms, including Illumine and Zoho.

  • Conduct regular internal audits and ensure reports and documentation are submitted within deadlines.

6. Admissions & Business Performance

  • Oversee admissions, registration processing, and age-placement compliance.
  • Verify medical documentation and special requirements where applicable.
  • Support enrolment growth, parent tour conversions, and fee collection follow-ups.
  • Monitor operational performance and work towards agreed enrolment and business targets.

7. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure consistent implementation of nursery standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor classroom quality, nursery presentation, documentation, and operational checklists.
  • Identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and monitor progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance educational quality, operational efficiency, and parent satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Cache Level 5 with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent relevant qualification.
