Nursery Manager - Fishersgate - West Sussex - £46,000 per annum

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (4 or 5 days considered)

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and Early Years education while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
• A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance requirements
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding Early Years education
• A commitment to supporting and developing staff
