Lead Our Nursery with Excellence

Happy Bears is a welcoming, child-centred nursery dedicated to providing exceptional care and early years education. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Nursery Manager with a minimum of 1 years' nursery management experience to lead our setting and inspire our team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of early years professionals.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of care, learning, and development throughout the nursery.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, staff, and external agencies.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff.
• Monitor occupancy, quality improvement, and operational performance.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and child-focused culture.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• At least 1 years' proven experience managing a nursery is essential.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare regulations.
• Experience leading, supporting, and developing an early years team.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality early years education and care.
• Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children, families, and staff.
