Nursery Practitioner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead activities effectively.

Duties:

• Experience children in a nurturing and supportive manner
• Plan and deliver engaging activities to support children's learning and development
• Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and grow
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress
• Manage daily routines within the nursery setting
• Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting other staff members

Requirements:

• Hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare
• Previous experience working in a nursery or similar setting
• Ability to drive is desirable for potential outings or emergencies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
