If you’ve got a full and relevant Level 2/3 (or above) Early Years qualification, and you’re an educator at heart with a passion for shaping little minds – our Practitioner role is built for you.

Don’t have the qualification (yet)? No problem – we’ve got you covered. If you’ve got the passion and potential, our Practitioner route gives you the opportunity to train with us, qualify in as little as 9 months, and build a long-term career.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences for children

Track and reflect on progress using the EYFS framework

Work closely with parents and carers to build trust and collaboration

Maintain a safe, happy and inspiring space for every child

Work as part of a strong, supportive and forward-thinking team

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Qualified Level 2 or 3 Early Years practitioners (or willing to train)

Passionate educators who want to make a difference

Team players with energy, ideas and empathy

People who care about doing things properly, not just ticking boxes

Bonus if you have a teaching qualification or are interested in leading Preschool rooms (extra pay applies)
