We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s development
• Understands the EYFS and child-led learning
• Is warm, caring, energetic and creative
• Loves getting involved in messy play, outdoor adventures and imaginative learning
• Builds strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Shares our values of kindness, curiosity and teamwork
