Nursery Practitioner

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Location: Hampton, TW12

We are seeking a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at our Montessori nursery!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework and Montessori principles
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
• Create and maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment
• Observe, support, and nurture children's individual development and wellbeing
• Build positive and professional relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Promote children's confidence, independence, and curiosity through meaningful learning experiences

About You
Essential

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Strong communication skills and a good standard of spoken and written English
• Caring, reliable, enthusiastic, and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable

• Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, Montessori, or childcare setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
