Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development following the EYF’s
• Supervise and support children during daily routines, including playtime, meals, naps, and learning sessions
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and independence
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress and well-being
• Lead by example in maintaining high standards of childcare, health, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans that meet early childhood education standards

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early years education
• Excellent communication skills in English to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Minimum 2 years experience in working in childcare sector

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
