Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 relevant childcare qualification only (Early years qualifications list: UK only - GOV.UK )to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional childcare , support children's developmental needs, and contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment.

Responsibilities

• To have a good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children’s learning, development, and well-being.
• Supervise and support children in daily routines
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and external professionals to support each child's individual needs.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the nursery setting.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to childcare practices and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma).
• Proven experience working with children in a UK nursery or early years setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety standards, and safeguarding children.
• Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in caring for young children.

Pay: £26,645.00 per year
