We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join Little Learners at Springbank Primary Academy, supporting children aged 2–4 years in a vibrant and engaging environment.

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC or equivalent) to be counted in ratio
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for learning through play and child development
