Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our team and contribute to the daily operations of our nursery. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children in a safe and nurturing environment. Duties:

• Engage with children in educational activities and play to support their development
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for children to thrive
• Collaborate with other nursery staff to plan and implement age-appropriate programs
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being
• Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent care
• Utilize your experience in childcare to create a positive learning atmosphere for children

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Proficiency in English to ensure clear communication within the nursery environment
• Ability to manage daily tasks efficiently while prioritizing the well-being of children
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and practices
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently when necessary
