Requirements:

Successful candidates must have:

Minimum of level 3 NVQ or equivalent Early years and childcare (social care qualification is not applicable)
Clear Enhanced DBS
A minimum of 2 years experience
Safeguarding minimum level 2 (preferred)
Paediatric first aid (preferred)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our small friendly team as Third in Charge. You will be working alongside our existing team within our baby room and early years room , providing a high standard of care and education for all children. You will take on the role of Key Person to a group of children, with responsibility for planning and implementing learning experiences to promote each individual child’s development, enabling them to reach their full potential.

You will need to hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification, have good understanding of Health and Safety with good communication skills both verbal and written to liaise with children, staff and parents.

This is a full time role and would suit someone who has a passion for children, dedicated, enjoys teaching, is reliable, motivated, flexible, and always has the child’s best interests at heart. We are looking for someone who is committed, professional and keen to progress their career.
