Your insight into nursery operations and the early years industry will enable you to provide tailored support for our customers.

Ovivio provides intuitive nursery management software designed to simplify administration and support early years professionals. We’re committed to empowering nurseries and childcare providers to deliver outstanding care and education.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping nurseries make the most of our software.
• Provide empathetic and solution-focused support informed by your early years expertise.
• Assist nurseries with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback shapes our product development.
• Maintain a deep understanding of nursery operations to provide advice and insight to users.

Who You Are:

• You have experience in the early years sector, such as working in a nursery or similar childcare environment.
• You’re passionate about improving processes and supporting colleagues in delivering outstanding care.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools, but prior experience with software is not required.
• Strong communicator, able to explain complex ideas in a clear and friendly way.
• You bring a proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
