Nursery Worker

The role of an Early Years practitioner at Andi Pandi's includes providing love, inclusive care and attention to each and every child. The ability to meet every child's individual daily needs is essential, from play based learning to care needs. The employee would host the ability to promote children's health & well-being, develop resilience and strive to scaffold learning through play each day. Building a programme that is inclusive of the child's voice and connecting to their outside world is paramount at Andi Pandi's and we strive to provide appropriately aged activities that reflect children's interests and experiences everyday.

The ability to speak Welsh is highly desirable for this role, if not a willingness to learn and practice at your own pace is essential.

It is highly desirable that the candidate holds a level 3 certificate in childcare and has experience in either childcare, cylch or school settings.
