• Assist licensed nurses in providing direct patient care, including vital sign assessments, medication administration, and wound care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including assisting with laundry, meal preparation, andhousekeeping tasks

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address resident needs, concerns, and preferences

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois
• 0 years of experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
